We went to get family photos done and get the boys first professional shoot done and let me tell you it was a fail. We did get a few shots that made it worth it.
I am sorry it was a bust. I love the family one though. As someone who does those professional photo shoots all the time, my advice would be to take along another adult that won't be in the picture. It really helps. They can get the boys attention and help out when they get cranky. Also the reason we go all the time is because most days we only get one or two good shoots. If we are going I do either just shoots of Riley or family shoots, not both on the same day. That way I don't have to keep him happy for very long.
I hope the next time you take the boys it goes better.
